by commissiong me you are agreeing to the following terms of service
PAYMENT
★ I currently accept payment via paypal invoicing
★ payment should be paid in full before a commission is started
★ payment should be sent within 48 hours
★ payment plans accepted on commissions over $200; no payment longer than 3 months
CONTENT
I will not draw the following themes:
porn, most fetishes, mecha, large muscles, cigarettes, drug or alcohol use
characters or themes from fandoms I am unfamiliar or uncomfortable with★ gore and light nudity are OKAY ★
REFUNDS & REVISIONS★ FULL REFUNDS will only be giving before a commission is started.
★ Only partial refunds will be given after a commission has been started depending on how far along your commission is.
★ Refunds will NOT be given once a commission has been completed.★ If you choose to receive a sketch, small revisions can be made to the sketch for no charge
(certain commission types may not receive a sketch).
★ You can request up to three edits during the WIP phase, anymore edits beyond this will be an extra fee.
★ After a commission is completed any revisions will result in a fee; unless it is a mistake I had made (missed marking, missed item, etc)
RUSH ORDERS & DEADLINES★ If you would like your commission completed by a certain date please let me know in your initial request
DO NOT let me know after we have agreed on the commission and payment has been sent as a fee may be applied to rush orders★ Commissions are usually started within one to two weeks and will be completed within a month
★ If you have not received your commission after a month has passed please contact me immediately!

★ You may use your commission for personal banners, icons, etc
★ You may not use my artwork to create and sell any kind of merchandise
★ Use of any of my artwork as N/FTs is strictly forbidden
★ Use of any of my artwork to train A/I is strictly forbidden

★ adoptables and designs may be re-sold but for no more than the original price of the design itself.
★ General designs (NOT including Plush Babies) may be edited upon purchase but must still be recognizable to the original design
(ex; changes to hair style and color, body shape, slight color changes, markings, etc are all fine!)
★ Adoptables and pre-made designs are for personal use. Please email me if you'd like to purchase commercial rights to a design.
I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason or cancel a commission any time
